Re-Tahoe Project

I have been actively working to recover all Tahoe Liveries and have been for the past few weeks. At the moment, I can only do about 5 per week due to PRC's approval limits. I am also having issues where Moderators from PRC will deny liveries despite it meeting all of the requirements and violating no restrictions. Each time it happens, I go straight to a PRC ticket and request an inspection of the livery... to which I am met with "Just re-upload it and it should be approved"... a week later and it's denied AGAIN. This causes me to have to constantly re-upload the vehicle livery until it is approved. I'm not at all sure why it's happening, but I'll have to work with it, I suppose.
