As the Commissioner of Precinct 1, I am the Head Administrator of Moderation. I am tasked with the vital role of ensuring that all community rules and ordinances are enforced fairly and consistently. My responsibilities include overseeing the Department of Moderation, where I manage a team of moderators and administrators dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and orderly environment within Harris County. 

I develop and implement policies that promote positive interactions among community members, address violations of rules, and take appropriate actions to resolve disputes. My role also involves reviewing and approving disciplinary actions, moderating high-stakes situations, and ensuring that all members of the community feel safe and respected.
